The 'Don’t Stop The Pleat' dress by Trelise Cooper.
The ultimate layering piece made in pleated crepe fabric. This dress features an empire waistline falling into pleated skirt with asymmetric hem, and grosgrain trim straps. Wear it underneath shorter dresses for extra length, or team with a statement jacket or coat and boots.
