PINK CITY PRINTS LACE PHYLLIS DRESS WHITE
The Phyllis is inspired by Victorian white lace dresses I find it antique shops. A prim high collar with frills framing the chest and sleeve. We've mix matched four lace pieces to creating more details and textures. The skirt is lined in cotton and cosy pockets. Looks great teamed with an old belt and a floppy hat.
