AFRI BEADS ROUND PLATTER 50CM WITH FRINGING

These traditional flat platters are hand-woven by basket weavers in Uganda. They are made by the AfriBeads’ women in a traditional way from raffia palm tightly woven around a core of banana leaf stem.

They are around 50cm in diameter plus fringing

The patterns each represent an element of traditional African culture. The coloured baskets are traditionally given in Uganda as gifts on special occasions and can be used for fruit, bread or decoration. They are the perfect accent for any room of the house.

Shipping Information
