SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
- We are a boutique studio, we will ship your order as soon as possible. However if you place an order on a Friday or the weekend, your order will be dispatched the following Monday. If your order is urgent please let us know in the shipping delivery instructions.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post for domestic and international orders or DHL. For larger items/orders freight prices calculated via weight.
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 however conditions apply.
- Free shipping excludes large, bulky items. These are: Lampshades, Lamp Bases, Furniture, Cushions, Artwork and wall art.
- Please note that at the current moment we are unable to accept PO boxes or parcel lockers as a delivery address.
- Once an item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking information.
- Australia delivery times should be within 7 working days from dispatch of your order (depending on your location).
- Express shipping is available at an extra cost.
- All items purchased from mooredesigncollective.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- If your parcel has not been received within this time frame please email us on the email below so that we may resolve the issue thestore@mooredesigncollective.com
- Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your own parcel, failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your parcel.
- To ensure efficient delivery please ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.

International Shipping
- We currently ship to New Zealand, Europe, North America and Asia. If your country is not listed please get in contact with us via the email below and we will be more than happy to accomodate. thestore@mooredesigncollective.com
- Please note you will be responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
- If an order is refused by your country by no fault of our own, you are responsible for all shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.
- You are responsible for tracking your own parcel, failure to collect your parcel from the designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to us here in Australia upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your order.
- Please note that delays due to customs are outside of our control.
Packaging
All orders are packaged with love. We take care and time to ensure your order is packaged carefully so that your delivery arrives safely. We are passionate about our environment and endeavour to use eco-friendly, recyclable, compostable and reusable packaging throughout the store. Very rarely our suppliers may be out of stock of our environmentally friendly packaging and only then will we substitute an alternative which will always be recycled. While this is not always ideal on occasion it is necessary to ensure your delivery arrives safely and promptly.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT AT PERIODS WHEN WE EXPERIENCE AN INCREASE OF ORDERS (E.G CHRISTMAS OR DURING A SALE PERIOD) DISPATCH TIMES MAY BE LONGER THAN USUAL AND WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
