VERA ARBINJA  - MIMI

 

Vera Arbinja is a local self taught artist, stylist and painting teacher.

Vera started at a young age using building materials such as plywood found in her fathers garage that substituted as canvases. Today Vera is still recycling canvases and is now often gifted canvases with a prior story, saving them from landfill. Vera also scouts markets and gumtree for the right piece to upcycle transforming these into new artworks using the texture of the previous to guide her new work.
